There’s 15 mins grace period. After 15 mins, your appointment may be rescheduled & card charged accordingly or service will be cut down in order to fit remaining appointment time. Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of booked service. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of booked service.
